The Winterdorf Schmilka
The Winterdorf Schmilka awaits with a unique experience for young and old: swimming in heated, steaming wooden tubs, the pool in the mill yard!
The bathing fun was already popular in the Middle Ages, so the so-called bathhouses were a casual, social meeting place. We have recreated this unique atmosphere as authentically as possible, so that you can relive the former bathing culture.
Unique in the region are the Bierbadetage in the winter season. Then a proper portion of our home-brewed organic beer of the Braumanufaktur Schmilka is added to the bath water. A tankard of dark organic beer against the thirst, which rises in the nose of the scent of the beer bath, completes the water park in the heated wooden tubs.
